- - No Requirements to File Form 10IEA to Opt for old regime or re-entering the New Regime (No Switching Restrictions)

- - Form 10IEA Filing is mandatory when opting for the old regime and if opting again for the New Regime in a subsequent Year
(If opted old regime for one year and then opted for the new regime in the subsequent year, then not eligible to opt old regime again, which means a one-time Switching option is available
(Need to file Form 10IEA maximum 2 times only, first when you opt for the old regime, and Second when you opt for the new regime in the subsequent year and leave the old regime)
(If Form 10IEA has already filed for the old regime for a particular year, then can't opt new regime in such a year and vice versa)
