After creating the invoice we have to type the amount in words also here is the Rsinwords add into work for you. For this, you just have to type the amount in any row and write the formula =rsinwords(Cell name). This formula convert number to Indian rupees format like lakhs, thousand, and hundred.
like if the amount is in the A1 cell and we want the amount in words in cell C1 then we type formula in cell C1 Formula is =rsinwords(A1) it results in the amount in words

- To activate an Excel add-in Click the File tab, click Excel Options, and then click the Add-Ins category.
- at the bottom of the menu appeared In the Manage box, click Excel Add-ins, and then click Go. The Add-Ins dialogue box appears.
- In the Add-Ins available box, select the checkbox next to the add-in that you want to activate, and then click OK. otherwise, select the folder where you have to save this file. ( be sure that you don't move the file after selecting the file otherwise it will be deactivated), for this save this or copy this file to the following location on your computer
- C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns

DeleteUse as =mround(cell,0,) will convert or remove the decimal places to zero. Like =mround(a1,10) it will convert a1 value to the multiple of 10.
