we are happy to announce that our utility called Invoice Printing Utility (IPU) is ready to use with its new features. Yes it is updated version of previous one. This updated version is GUI and very easy to use. It stores invoice, Client data etc

You can view them with a click. This utility is free to use but at the bottom of invoice you will see a reference to our site SaralTaxIndia.com

Some of the features are listed below:-

  1. Maintain & stores data in proper format
  2. If you want to change logo then also can change it. (Default logo is CA Logo)
  3. Invoice register is maintained.
  4. Client database is maintained.
  5. In invoice 5 services can be charged to client.
  6. Print and print preview is available.
  7. You can also export data from the sheet given with and import in the utility. 
  8. You can also export your client and invoice data to a txt tabular format which also can be open in excel.
  9. You can also change or add your custom services in the list.
  10. A receipt can be issued if payment received against a bill.
  11. All data viz. Invoice data, Client data, type of services and firm info.
  12. Editing of client or invoice is allowed
  13. Login id and password facility also added you can manage 10 id and User name should be minimum of 6 character.
  14. Invoice no. should be alphanumeric. 
  15. PAN and PIN code is compulsory for firm/Partnership  information. which will be used in invoice.

    How to Use this Utility

    1. First of All Enable the macro after that you will be asked to enter login id and password. enter the data then in welcome menu you will see the below menu as shown in pic. click on file menu and enter your firm info in the form.

    2. If you want bank details on invoice then fill bank details also otherwise left it bank. If Service tax is not applicable then left it blank.

    3. After this Click on Add Client Button and fill the details of client. Please Note that client code can’t be change once created. You can edit all other details but not client code

    4. After creating client click on new invoice button. Type bill no. (It should be alphanumeric otherwise not available for editing so please type bill no. in alphanumeric format like a2, a3 or other format you like) select client code you client name will be shown.

    5. Then select the type of service and type description of it and amount.

    6. After typing all the details click on save button.

    7. For printing invoice click on Print invoice Button from menu and select bill no. and copies you want then click on print.

    8. For issuing a receipt you have to select invoice no. type date and if you give receipt no. then type it and amount than click on print button. Asterisk marked field are compulsory other are optional.

    9. IF you are deleting any client then first check is there any invoice made against him or not.
