6. HDFC Chillr -This quick money transfer app is created by HDFC for simplifying the e-money transfer and online payment processes. Chillr is currently accessible only by Partner Bank users and can be used to transfer money, mobile recharges and splits bills.

7. ICICI pocket - It is an E-payment banking service that is offered by ICICI bank. It gives the advantage of using any Indian bank account to deposit your E-wallet and to pay for the various services. 8. Phonepe App/ Phone pe  - This app is launched by Flipkart. and Flipkart is here to handle your money. This app does not carry a wallet but offers UPI and Bank Transfers. some key features of app Android App

  • Merchant cash back and refunds from Flipkart will go into the wallet.
  • You can withdraw wallet balance to bank free of charge.
  • The app can be used to transfer money from one bank to the other.
  • It also works to transfer money to other wallets.
  • The transfer is possible with the user’s linked bank account(s) only. For example, A cannot transfer wallet funds to B’s bank account and vice versa

10. Vodafone M-Pesa - Vodafone M-Pesa claims to be India's largest cash-out network, with over 85,000 M-Pesa agents spread across the country. The service lets you send money to anyone, to recharge prepaid numbers, DTH connections, postpaid Vodafone numbers, utility bills and online shopping. Money can be transferred to bank via its inbuilt IMPS service, or to a mobile number, but charges apply in slabs - for example, sending Rs. 2,000 to a bank account or an M-Pesa account costs Rs. 38. DTH and prepaid recharges can be done through m-pesa for free.

11. SBI buddy - State Bank Buddy is an online payment service that allows users to transfer money into another user’s account as well as to pay for the services like food, travel, shopping etc. They provide these services in many local languages.

12. Airtel Money - Most of us listened about Airtel Money is a semi-closed wallet that doesn't permit cash withdrawal or redemption by the customer. It can be used to do recharges, make money transfers to contacts, shops and bank accounts, make bill payments and pay for online shopping. It can be used to book train tickets as well, but it isn't a seamless user experience. It has no UPI system.

13. Citi MasterPass - This app is a recent joint venture of Citi bank India and MasterCard for offering their customers an E-wallet for quicker, simpler and secure online transactions. Citi MasterPass enables quicker checkout with one click or one touch and securely save all your debit, credit card data and shipping details in a single place.

Making transactions via UPI apps entails a charge of Rs. 5, plus service; this is the amount banks charge for making payments via IMPS net banking too, which makes sense since IMPS is actually the backbone of the UPI.
